Oscar has more than 17 years’ experience in hospitality at a national and international level.
He’s passionate about beverages, tobacco, food and pairings allowing him to work actively in business strategy and development, contributing to the improvement of, and problem solving within, the gastronomic industry and the progress of the regional economy promoting knowledge and service based on high luxury standards.
Oscar has presented more than 1,400 tastings in person and virtually, teaching more than 4,500 professionals and amateurs in all styles of gastronomic products.
His training as a Sommelier (WSET, CSW and FWS) is complimented as Cigar Sommelier and Tea Sommelier, with expertise in Chocolate and water tastings.
